As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will work across a variety of healthcare and care settings, providing safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while working alongside established care teams and other healthcare professionals. About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans, clinical requirements and the policies and procedures of each placement. Your responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring individuals'' health and wellbeing, administering and managing medication, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, responding to changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately. You may also provide clinical guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants and other members of the care team while ensuring that dignity, choice, safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards are maintained.
