About the Role

Fenwick Healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team and support care homes and healthcare settings in and around Margate.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is preferred.
• Experience in a care home, nursing home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends where required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Relevant care qualifications are desirable but not essential, depending on the role.
