The successful candidate will assess and underwrite bridging finance applications in line with credit risk policy, while managing cases from application through to completion and supporting intermediary partners with new enquiries.Responsibilities required for the role of Bridging Finance Underwriter:Assess and underwrite new bridging finance applications in line with lending policy.Review credit searches, valuations, Land Registry reports and supporting documentation.Prepare clear and concise credit rationales and lending recommendations.Manage a pipeline of cases from application through to completion.Liaise with solicitors, introducers and other stakeholders.Assist with new enquiries and provide heads of terms.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lending policies.Contribute to ongoing business improvement initiatives.Deliver a proactive, first-class service to all stakeholders.Experience required for the role of Bridging Finance ..... full job details .....
