Due to expansion, we are now offering a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our Darwen based internal Recruitment Team. Role of In-House Recruiter: You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews and coordinating offers and start dates. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience. In-House Recruiter Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy approval and job advertising through to offer and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skills, experience and recruitment priorities. Write and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms and careers pages. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct approaches.
