Rate: -95 to -125 per day dependent on experience
Requirements: Valid enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Empowering Learning are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the specialist support base within a well-established secondary school in Wigan. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will start after Easter and will continue on an ongoing basis.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs within the school''s dedicated SEN base. You will work closely with the SEN team to deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, assist with social and emotional regulation, and help create a calm, structured environment that allows pupils to succeed.

You will need:

• Experience supporting students with SEN
• Confidence working with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH
• A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
