Interim Employee Relations Lead - Plymouth - Interim 12 months Well Placed HR are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a dynamic HR team, within the education sector. This is an interim role for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave within this busy, friendly team. This opportunity comes with hybrid working, offering flexible hours within a 35-hour working week, providing the perfect balance between office (Plymouth based with parking) and the ability to work from home. As an Employee Relations Partner, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees across a range of complex employee relations matters. Your insight and collaboration will help shape a positive and compliant work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert Employee Relations advice to managers and Human Resources colleagues on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and other employment matters.- Partner with business leaders to develop proactive people strategies that mitigate risk and enhance engagement.- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions that align with best practice and employment law- Support change initiatives, organizational restructures, and workforce planning from an Employee Relations perspective.The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in Employee Relations and partnering with leaders to deliver practical solutions.- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.- Excellent interperson
