KS1 SEND Teacher
Are you an experienced SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role in a supportive and well-resourced specialist setting?We are looking for a passionate KS1 SEND Teacher to lead a semi-formal curriculum class supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team who are committed to providing meaningful, child-centred learning experiences.The role Deliver high-quality teaching to a small KS1 class following a semi-formal curriculumPlan and deliver engaging, sensory-based and structured learning opportunitiesWork closely with a strong support team including TAs and therapistsAdapt teaching to meet individual EHCP targets and communication needsCreate a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentWork 2-3 days per week About You A qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) - suitable for ECTs and experienced teachersConfident teaching pupils with SEND, ideally Autism, MLD, or complex needsSkilled in differentiation, sensory learning, and communication-friendly approachesCalm, adaptable, and passionate about helping pupils achieve meaningful progressCommitted to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing What we offer Competitive daily pay (paid weekly)Ongoing support from a dedicated SEND specialist consultantOpportunity to work within a highly supportive and well-equipped specialist provisionA role where no two days are the same and every day makes a difference What you need to do nowIf you''re interested
