An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Operations Manager to join an established and growing construction based company in Cambridge. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines the day-to-day management of logistics operations with broader operational responsibilities across the business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of logistics, fleet management, stock control, and supply chain activities, whilst leading and developing a team of three. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent service standards, driving operational efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the business. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual with experience within logistics, supply chain, builders'' merchants, building supplies, or a similar operational environment.
