As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be part of our Commercial team, supporting the delivery of highway maintenance work. This includes everything from incident response and winter services to planned and preventative maintenance, and managing a client budget of around £20 million per year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractor tasks - procurement, payments, change control, task orders, and work-in-progress Pricing work and agreeing costs with the client, attending meetings as needed Preparing monthly reports including CVRs, revenue claims, and debt/WiP management Contributing to commercial forecasting based on the client''s annual bu
