To provide specialist occupational therapy services to children 0-16 years at their clinic. Childrenmay present with a variety of diagnoses including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Dyspraxia, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Speech and Language delay/disorders, global developmental delay, or neurological disorders.Job Role:• To be responsible as an autonomous practitioner to undertake a clinical workload.• To undertake assessments of children, using both standardised and informal assessment tools.• To demonstrate developing clinical reasoning and ability to interpret assessment data and write clinical assessment reports.• To devise child/family centred treatment plans through use of goal attainment scaling, considering a wide range of treatment techniques, grading activities to ensure that the individual''s full potential is developed or maintained.• To conduct 1:1 and small group treatment sessions in clinic.• To provide a high standard of clinical record keeping.• To provide an effective high-quality service to all children and families.• To communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team to promote the safety of children and the management of ..... full job details .....
