to join their team.The Role:This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of exciting, high-profile projects across the commercial, residential, education, and public sectors. You''ll play a key role in cost planning, client liaison, project delivery, and mentoring more junior staff within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy.Key Responsibilities:Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management servicesPrepare cost estimates, cost plans, and procurement strategiesLead on tender processes and contract administration (JCT/NEC)Carry out value engineering and risk assessmentsProduce financial reports, interim valuations, and final accountsAttend client and project meetingsSupport junior staff and contribute to their professional developmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships

What I''m Looking For:A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineMRICS qualified or working towards itSolid consultancy or client-side experienceStrong commercial and contractual knowledgeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead and deliver multiple projects confidentlyProficiency in cost management software (CostX, CATO, etc.) is desirable
