Financial AccountantLocation: Leamington Spa Salary: Up to 65,000 per year Hours: Full TimeOur manufacturing client, is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team in Leamington Spa.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, controls, statutory compliance and business performance within an innovative international organisation.Key Responsibilities:Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.Produce management accounts and provide financial insight to support decision-making.Monitor cash flow, working capital and forecasting activities.Support group reporting, statutory accounts and regulatory submissions.Act as a key contact for internal and external audits.Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.About You:Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.Must have experience within a manufacturing environment.Previous post-qualified experience in industry or a commercial finance role.Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.Experience with month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.Audit experience would be advantageous.What''s on Offer?Salary up to 65,000 per year.Opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering business.Collaborative and inclusive working environment.Exposure to exciting ..... full job details .....
