Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the role is key to ensuring the smooth processing of customer quotations, sales orders and supplier purchase orders through to delivery.Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you will help maintain accurate order information, support delivery timelines and provide a high level of administrative and customer service support. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Provide customer quotations in a timely manner, to include sourcing pricing from suppliers and working with customer price listsProvide high level administrative support to the sales teamAssist with customer quote follow up and maintaining sales forecast integrityProcess supplier purchase orders from order entry through to receipt of goodsProactively liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are metProvide real time delivery confirmations to customersAssist with goods receipt processes at multiple locationsProvide remote operations support to production officeProcess customer sales orders from order entry through to delivery
