Through organic growth, a large independent firm of chartered accountants has doubled the size of their tax division in the last 5 years and is looking to make an additional hire at a senior level within their advisory team. The firm work with a diverse mix of clients and can offer a breadth of complex tax advisory work within both personal and corporate tax. The role will be entirely advisory focused and client facing. Based in modern City Centre offices, you will work closely with the Tax Partners, taking responsibility for tax advisory projects from beginning to end. The scope of work is diverse and challenging and will include: Demergers, share incentive / EMI schemes, EIS schemes, IHT / Estate Planning, protecting cash / property from trade risk, remuneration planning, incorporations, advice on company sales, property tax /SDLT, management buy-outs and succession planning.
