You will perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to reactive repairs, including painting, decorating, and various DIY projects to maintain a high standard of facility appearance and functionality. Your responsibilities also encompass safe handling and storage of equipment and stock.Working closely with the engineering team, you will ensure all planned and reactive activities meet rigorous service standards and customer satisfaction. Keeping meticulous maintenance records and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients are integral to your role.
