HGV Class 1 (C E) Container Driver – Nights

💷 £17.00 per hour (PAYE) / £21.00 per hour (Umbrella)



We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C E) Container Drivers for night shifts based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing, long-term work for the rest of the year with competitive pay rates.



🚛 Job Details:

• Night shifts with 6:00 PM start times (4:00 PM start for first shift/induction)

• Work typically involves 3–4 drops and container swaps

• Routes are mainly local around Liverpool and Manchester

• Occasional trunking runs, with the furthest location being Rugby

• Ongoing work guaranteed through the rest of the year for the right candidates

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C E) Licence

• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience

• Container experience is essential

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Competitive hourly rates: £17 PAYE / £21 Umbrella
