Production Operative Our client manufactures high performace, protectige footwear used in hazardous environments. Due to an upturn in work and a very busy period, they are looking to hire someone on a temp basis to support their production.You will be joining a close-knit production team, working in a fact paxed environment and play a key part in delivery products that protect people at work.Hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, at their production facility in Crawley. You will be:Producing protective footwear to high quality standardsInspecting products and carrying out quality checksMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspaceSupporting production targets and team performanceIdentifying and reporting defects or improvementsAssisting with equipment care and basic maintenanceThis is a hands-on role involving manual handling, dexterity, and standing for extended periods.Expereince required:Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and pride in your workA reliable team player with a proactive attitudeAbility to follow processes and work independentlyGood communication skills Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien and SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
