THE COMPANY

My client are a MandE Contractor who are based in Essex.

Since their conception in 2016, they now employ over 50 people in the business and turnover over £7million.

They specialise in live environment projects which include Medical, Offices and banks across London.
Project values generally fall between £250k - £500k.

They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager (with mechanical and fabric knowledge) to join the team on a Temporary basis and can offer work up until the end of January 2026.

Looking to start early October.

THE JOB – ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm

The Electrical Project Manager will be Site and Office Based, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and will have a Site Manager beneath them.

The sites will all be within live environment and you will be running multiple projects at one time within the £250k - £500k value range.

You will be responsible for Project Delivery from start to completion and will be running up to 2 projects at any one time.

Experience in the above is essential.

THE CANDIDATE:

- Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
- Prince2 (desirable)
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- Live environment experience is essential.

RATES

- £300 - £320 a day (CIS)
- Laptop
