OverviewA Global Professional and Financial Services organisation with offices in London is looking for an experienced Events Professional to join their growing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (inside IR35).

Location:

1-2 days a week on-site

This is a Global role, working with the senior leadership team. The ideal person will be strategic in their approach and have a positive, upbeat attitude.

Position OverviewLead the development and management of strategic partnerships for events. Project manage, coordinate and execute successful events.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and venues.

Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance.

Ensure seamless on-site event execution, including troubleshooting.

Requirements

5+ years experience in event coordination, ideally in a professional services organisation. Financial services experience is a huge plus.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Creativity and a strategic mindset.
