Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you''ll be the friendly face of the development, helping buyers through the journey to their new home. You will:

• Respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person

• Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to completion

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets

• Provide detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development features

• Conduct market research to stay ahead of local trends

• Coordinate handovers and assist with any immediate aftercare needs

• Complete all administration efficiently and accurately

About You

• A confident communicator with a strong phone manner

• Proven sales or business development background

• Highly organised with good admin and IT skills

• Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience

• A natural relationship builder who enjoys a busy, fast-paced role
