You will support pupils with SEN, SEMH needs, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence and re-engage with learning.The school provides a structured, nurturing environment with small classes, strong pastoral support and an experienced team. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs across KS2 or 3/4Deliver behaviour management and de-escalation strategiesProvide 1:1 and small-group learning and emotional supportImplement behaviour plans and risk assessmentsPromote positive behaviour, wellbeing and engagementUphold safeguarding and welfare proceduresThe Ideal CandidateCalm, resilient and nurturing, with experience supporting SEMH or SEN pupils.
