From nurturing grassroots talent through our East London Training Academy to bringing explosive, world-class productions to global audiences, we stand for artistic excellence, authentic cultural expression, and radical inclusion. As we hit our quarter-century milestone, we aren''t looking back; we are moving forward and delivering an ambitious programme of UK and international performances, and we need a dynamic, forward-thinking Chair to guide our Board of Trustees into this next era. This is a significant and outward-facing role, working closely with the Executive and Co-Artistic Directors to shape the future direction of the company, including the development of its next five-year plan. The Chair will provide thoughtful challenge and support, championing the organisation''s values while acting as an ambassador and advocate. There is a particular opportunity to broaden Boy Blue''s reach beyond the subsidised arts sector, strengthening relationships across sponsorship, philanthropy and new strategic partnerships to support long-term sustainability and growth.
