Introduction to the site and the role:A stone''s throw from Old Street on the city/Shoreditch border ''The Princess'' is blissfully tucked away from the main hubbub of Shoreditch. We''ve won our fair share of awards and recognition over the last few years but our ethos hasn''t changed. We aim to be the best pub in Shoreditch. The lively downstairs bar is available to both drinkers and diners, tables are available on a ''first come'' basis. A walk up our spiral staircase leads to our cosy dining room where reservations are welcome and recommended.We are looking for an experienced and confidentHead Chef to take things to the next level. We work closely with some of the UKs greatest farmers so you need to have a passion for working with fresh seasonal ingredients.

So, if youve been looking for a career defining moment, this could be the job youve been looking for!________________________________________________________________________________________About you:An ambitions Head Chef with at least 2 years experience in a high end Gastro Pub, cooking to 3 AA Rosette level.An enthusiastic, dynamic and determined Head Chef who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working collaboratively and is ready for a new challenge.Take a proactive hands-on approach to running a professional kitchen.A proven track record of running a professional kitchen including managing budgeted GPs and 5* Food Hygiene.Good communication skills.Experience of building, motivating and developing teams to get the best results at all times.A passion for imparting knowledge and training up both FOH and BOH teams.A passion for working with the best produce.Whats in it for you:An opportunity to make your mark and take your career to the next level.Training and developing opportunities
