You will provide one to one support to male adults who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, behavioural challenges and autism. The role involves providing day to day support with daily living tasks, activities and making full use of community opportunities. Every day is different as a support worker; you might be swimming, socialising, or supporting someone to find a college, learn to hoover, or work their laptop but whatever you do, the people you support are always at the heart of your working day. As part of the care and support team you will assist in maintaining a safe and enabling environment that provides positive experiences to those living within the service.
