Due to continued development within the finance function, they are looking to appoint an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day transactional finance operation and lead a small team.Your new roleThis is a varied, hands-on role where you will oversee the transactional finance function, ensuring processes are accurate, efficient and well controlled.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and developing a team of threeOverseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit ControlManaging customer invoicing and cash allocationOverseeing supplier and customer ledgersManaging supplier payments, employee expenses and company credit cardsEnsuring bank reconciliations are completed accuratelyOverseeing purchase order processesSupporting month-end, including ledger reconciliations and accrualsAssisting with balance sheet reportingMaintaining robust financial controlsSupporting the administration and effective use of finance systemsIdentifying opportunities to improve, automate and streamline transactional processesWorking closely with the Management Accounting team to support accurate and timely financial reportingWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have a strong background within transactional finance, ideally with experience across both AP and AR/Credit Control.
