We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Watford. The ideal candidate must have previous Senior Lettings Negotiator experience. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator: Basic £25,000 OTE £50,000 to £55,000 including commission and bonuses Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm or 9am to 6.30pm, every Saturday 10am to 3pm with a day back in lieu 5 day working week Parking at the office Excellent training and development Great career progression Responsibilities for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator: Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required Arranging /conducting property viewings Negotiating lets through to move in Referencing potential tenants Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback Providing high levels of customer service Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients Carrying out Market Appraisals and ..... full job details .....
