This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join the business at short notice and support the day-to-day running of the finance function. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a varied range of bookkeeping and finance administration duties, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. The role would ideally suit an AAT-qualified or QBE finance professional. There may also be the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities will include - Managing the purchase ledger, including processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records. Managing the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised and accounts are kept up to date. Carrying out credit control duties, including monitoring outstanding payments and following up on overdue accounts. Performing regular bank and account reconciliations.
