This role is based in the East Midlands, primarily covering Nottingham and its surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying properties for day-to-day repairs, planned works, and issues related to damp and mould.Day-to-day of the role:Conduct thorough surveys of properties to assess and document repair needs and planned works.Identify and evaluate problems related to damp and mould, providing effective solutions.Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repair and maintenance services.Prepare detailed reports and documentation of surveys conducted, highlighting any immediate or potential issues.Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and to improve the overall condition of properties.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive surveying experience, particularly within the housing sector.Strong knowledge of building pathology.Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to property repairs, damp, and mould.Ideally holds a professional qualification in building or surveying.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various teams.Ability to manage multiple project
