Due to the Trust expanding and welcoming three new schools into the organisation in September, an additional HR Caseworker is required to support the increased employee relations workload across the Trust. Working as part of a team of three HR Caseworkers, you will report directly to the HR Casework Manager and work closely with the Head of HR, Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, Trade Union representatives and key stakeholders across the Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience of managing employee relations casework, ideally gained within a school academy trust or public sector. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a high-volume and complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness absence matters, ensuring timely, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
