It is a non-profit making organisation providing facility management services to Kingston University. We re looking for a reliable, hardworking Early Morning Cleaner to join our friendly us! You ll help ensure our classrooms, offices, laboratories, lecture theatres, and communal areas are spotless and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on role where you ll work independently, using your initiative to deliver high cleaning standards, while also being part of a supportive cleaning team. As one of our Cleaners you will be responsible for: Cleaning and tidying allocated areas, including classrooms, offices, laboratories, lecture theatres, workshops, corridors, and toilets, in line with service standards. Carrying out floor polishing and deep cleaning when required. Emptying bins and dispose of waste correctly. Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas clean, tidy, and secure. Reporting supply needs, building issues, or health and safety concerns. Taking care of keys for your working areas and follow security procedures.
