The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising multiple work gangs, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining progress against programme requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual with a strong background in civils, drainage, reinforced concrete (RC), earthworks, water, and highways projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civils, drainage, earthworks, RC, water, and highways projects.Lead and motivate site operatives, subcontractors, and multiple work gangs to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.Deliver daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and workforce inductions.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Monitor health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across the site and promote a positive safety culture.Ensure all personnel are wearing appropriate PPE and following company procedures.Record and report near misses, accidents, hazards, and changing site conditions to site management.Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and programmes, ensuring works are delivered to the required standard.Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, and materials to ..... full job details .....
