Robert Half are working in partnership with a private equity backed business based near to Cheltenham to recruit a Group Financial Controller on a permanent basis. This role will report to the CFO and take ownership of the day-to-day finance function whilst focusing on technical accounting and financial control areas. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced and progressive business that is looking to process improve and drive the finance function forward whilst managing a high volume and demanding cash flow environment. The Group Financial Controller position will be paying in the region of £85,000 to £95,000 per annum, 10% bonus with hybrid working (1-2 days from home) and a great prospect for future development.
