Building Regulation Principal DesignerA multi-disciplinary who has traded for over 30 years are growing their Building Regulation Principal Design team; they are seeking an Architect with experience delivering the role. You will work on HRB and non-HRB projects across Residential, Commercial and Healthcare projects.They already have an established process for the management of Building Regulation management, which offers the Principal Designer the chance to work within an experienced team.They have an established Architecture service which will see the Building Regulation Principal Designer work with internal design teams and external clients in an advisory role.The RoleLead Building Regulations compliance through design coordination, risk-based reviews, multidisciplinary interfaces, regulatory submissions, change control, HRB Gateway and Golden Thread requirements, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of QA systems.The PersonThe Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years of experience as a qualified Architect.The Building Regulation Principal Designer suitable for this role will have demonstratable experience of delivering the BRPD role.In Return?The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide:Up to 60,000 paBonusPensionSeason ticket loanHealth careGym membershipCorporate incentive schemeThere really is not a more exciting role for a CDM Principal Designer in the ..... full job details .....
