What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage building surveying projects across various sectors, overseeing teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.
- Provide expert technical advice on building condition surveys, dilapidations, refurbishment, and contract administration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex construction and regulatory challenges.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to their professional development.
- Cultivate new client relationships and develop existing ones to support business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, legislation, and best practices, including the latest building safety regulations.
- MRICS qualified with substantial experience in building surveying consultancy.
- Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams and working directly with clients.
- Strong communicator, confident in delivering presentations and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in contract administration (JCT/NEC) and familiar with UK building regulations.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and open to agile working around the South East and Central London.
- Competitive salary up to £85,000 depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme.
