This role will initially cover 5 mornings per week, with the strong possibility of increased hours as the pupil''s timetable expands from a currently reduced schedule.About the Role:The successful candidate will provide dedicated, tailored support to a pupil with epilepsy and social and emotional needs, helping them to access and engage fully with the classroom learning environment. Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff, the 1:1 Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering personalised support that promotes the pupil''s independence, confidence, and wellbeing.The role involves supporting the pupil within the classroom setting, assisting with participation in lessons and activities, and helping to manage any challenges related to their additional needs.
