The company:Our client operates across 3 divisions: Construction, Shopfitting and Interiors and General Works. They have been in business for over 60 years with annual revenues of 100m. They are actively recruiting for a Site Manager to join their Construction and General Works division. The role entails:Managing the teams and sub-contractors on siteLiasing with clientsCompliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standardsSupervising and overseeing the direction of the projectCoordinate site materials including call offs, stock control and storageReviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs What are we looking for?
