We are seeking an experienced, values-led Service and Experience Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping, delivering and evolving our creative programmes for children and young people. This role combines operational leadership, people management and strategic development, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, compassionately and to a high standard. You will lead and support our operations and services team, oversee project delivery and budgets, work closely with commissioners and partners, and use evaluation and learning to continually improve impact. Safeguarding and trauma-informed practice sit at the heart of this role, and you will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (training provided).
