We re currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to support operations at our Dalton facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical knowledge to be part of a dynamic team keeping our plant running at peak performance. Days Role Shift Patterns Early s Mon - Friday 06.00-15.30 Lates Mon - Thurs 9.30-20.00, Fri 09.30-15.00 Salary : Salary up to £52k DOE + bonus (up to £1.2k) + overtime available (anything above 45 hrs is 1.5 times or 2 times ) Location : Dalton, YO7 RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform full range of plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a proactive/planned and reactive basis. • Use predictive maintenance techniques such as thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis as well as experience, skill and judgement to make regular assessments of the plant condition • Implement equipment reliability improvements and develop new maintenance work-flow methods and techniques. • Process optimisation to ensure maximum efficiency • Employ Preventive/Predictive maintenance techniques to achieve benchmark plant
