Our client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales who is motivated by targets, enjoys speaking with people and wants to maximise their earning potential.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you''ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads and helping to drive company growth.

• Proactively identify and engage with prospective customers.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.

• Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs.

• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the wider sales team.

• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using the CRM system.

• Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects throughout the sales journey.

• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
