Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support senior leadership and multiple internal departments within a fast-paced international business environment.This varied role requires a confident administrator who can manage competing priorities, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and maintain high standards of communication, organisation, and accuracy. Job Title: Office AdministratorHours: Part Time, 25 - 30 hours a weekSalary: Up to 30,000 FTE, pro rataLocation: Winnersh Key Responsibilities:Arranging complex UK and international travel, accommodation, and itinerariesCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking actionsSourcing and interpreting data for Senior Leadership meetingsManaging supplier documentation, reports, contracts, and renewal schedulesMaintaining CRM systems, records, spreadsheets, and document control processesSupporting leadership, finance, contracts, and operational teams with day-to-day administrationOrganising company records, SharePoint systems, and archived documentationAssisting with branding, marketing materials, and office communicationsHandling incoming calls, post, and general office coordination duties Skills and Experience:Previous experience in a busy administrative or office support roleExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesConfident communication skills, both written and verbalExperience using CRM systems,
