The role is critical in ensuring a first-class customer experience through effective day-to-day operational management, including the dynamic allocation of work to vehicles and routes.The post holder will act as a central point of contact between customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders, providing proactive communication, real-time service updates, and operational issue resolution.
