They are looking for someone who will play a key part in supporting the Data Protection Manager and the wider Data Protection Team in all matters covering the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which amends the existing UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act (2018) as applicable.What you''ll be doingSupport the Data Protection Lead and Data Protection Manager in ensuring corporate compliance with Data Protection legislation.Play a key technical, advisory and influencing role to ensure that the company and the services it provides to its clients are compliant with the Data Protection legislation.Review and maintain Data Protection owned regulatory policies and procedures and controls across the company.Draft and provide Data Protection training to staff as necessary.Support the delivery of the annual Compliance Plan for the company and its clients, incorporating the Data Protection Plan.Represent the Data Protection team at client committees.
