Customer Service Advisor
Our client is seeking a professional individual with strong communication skills to come and join their busy team on a temporary basis. Within this role you will be resolving issues during the first interaction in a timely manner whilst providing high quality customer service.
Responsibilities include however are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone
- Resolve issues and provide effective solutions
- Use internal systems and knowledge to support customers
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment. Strong listening and communication skills along with a problem solving mindset is important and being comfortable working individually as well as in a team.
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Reading - hybrid working
Hourly Rate: -14.79 per hour
Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Start Date: 26th May
Duration: Temporary support for 12 months
