Hours: Rotating shifts, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Pay: -14.00 per hour (paid breaks)
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role
We''re recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and IT skills who enjoys working with data, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with different teams.

-Key Responsibilities

• Update supply chain systems with delivery information and changes.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Manage transport bookings and delivery schedules.
• Communicate updates across departments.
• Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues.
• Track vehicle movements and service performance.
• Produce reports and analyse operational data.
• Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transport or warehouse administration.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
• Understanding of supply chain processes.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
