As part of this transformation, the business is modernising its ERP landscape and developing the capabilities of its Shared Services function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Shared Service Transformation leader to play a pivotal role in translating a high-level business case into sustainable, measurable change across a complex, multi-functional environment. Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to: Translating the established transformation business case into a detailed improvement programme, target operating model and practical implementation roadmap. Leading the standardisation, simplification and automation of core Shared Services processes including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and FPandA services. Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency, establish appropriate KPIs and deliver measurable operational improvements. Driving the transition of activities into Shared Services and Centres of Excellence where appropriate. Establishing effective service management frameworks, SLAs and governance structures. Supporting the optimisation of ERP capabilities, automation, RPA, analytics and emerging AI solutions to improve Finance processes and service delivery. ..... full job details .....
