Based in our bustling loading bay and storerooms, youll play a vital role in ensuring that all food, beverage, and operational supplies are delivered correctly, meet both legislative and our standards, and are distributed efficiently across departments.As the first point of contact for all inbound goods, you will work closely with suppliers, chefs, housekeeping team, bar team and other department heads to support the smooth and timely operation of goods delivered into the hotel. Your responsibilities will include checking goods against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies or damages, updating inventory systems, and maintaining clean and compliant storage areas.
