Role Responsibilities:
KeyResponsibilitiesAssist inplanning and delivering educational activities that promotechildren''s development.Create a safe,stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnershipswith children and their families.Track andreport on children''s progress through observations andassessments.Required Qualifications:What We’re LookingFor:
Level 2 qualification in early yearseducation/childcare.Experience working with children under5.Empathy andunderstanding – each child is unique.Strong communication and organisationalskills.You mayhave previous experience working with children, ideally asan Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, NurseryAssistant or Nursery Nurse.
