This is a hands-on, technically varied role supporting business-critical IT systems during customer rehearsals and live recovery scenarios.You''ll be responsible for ensuring the recovery centre is operational, technically ready, and capable of supporting customers during high-impact events. This role offers exposure to infrastructure, networking, Windows environments, and customer-facing incident support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers during recovery rehearsals and live invocationsSupport desktop, hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issuesAttend pre-test meetings and produce pre- and post-test documentationTroubleshoot and resolve incidents through to completionSupport relocation and invocation activity at customer sites when requiredAssist with the implementation of services for new customers, including IT and communications installationsAct as a failover support resource to other regional recovery centresEnsure full functionality of site facilities including UPS, generators, air conditioning, lighting, and connectivityProvide out-of-hours and on-call support as part of a 24/7 rotaMaintain technical document
