Business/Admin Support

Overview
Project detail Our EdTech business is growing and we’re looking for someone to provide administrative and some basic finance support to the business. The individual involved would be working directly with the CEO and Head of Product and Operations on identified projects and liaising with people across the business as necessary.Responsibilities
Finance:
Gathering of invoices and receipts for submission to XeroAll accounts/finance email enquiriesCredit controlManagement of supplier invoicesManagement of sales invoicesUpdating and management of finance aspects in CRM
Admin:
General business administrationOffice point of contactKeeping registers up to date (e.g., devices, contracts, staff, etc.)
Systems:
Supporting some systems integration activityProcess building and management
Working arrangements
The intensity and variety of work will fluctuate depending on the priorities of the business. The role is expected to be up to 15 hours of work per week initially, tapering down to -7.5 hours per week. Details of this would be discussed with the preferred provider and managed dynamically.Requirements
Experience in administrative support with basic finance tasksAbility to liaise with colleagues across the business, including the CEO and Head of Product and OperationsFamiliarity with invoicing, supplier and customer invoicing, and CRM (as referenced)
