Job Title: Benefits Lead Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Swindon) Contract Duration: 31 st March (Extension budget dependant) Daily Rate: £600/day (Umbrella - Maximum) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 The Role: Demonstrable experience in developing benefits management strategies, techniques, and processes. Experience with benefits mapping and developing and implementing processes related to benefits realisation. The ability to identify and set specific goals and to map out a programme of activities to achieve them. Strong people management skills, able to build relationships, negotiate, challenge, and influence effectively with people at all levels. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and communicate sensitive information tactfully with diverse groups (including executives). Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand new and complex issues rapidly, to apply established approaches in new ways and to shape and develop new approaches to benefits management: a degree of creativity and the ability to generate and apply novel ideas is expected.
